Kristine has been working in the field of dietetics for almost 30 years. She is known for her uncanny ability to connect with her clients in a way that is relatable and free from judgement. Using humor and metaphor, Kristine helps her clients to laugh, honor their achievements, and problem solve their way to achieving whatever goals they are working toward.
Jane Schlueter is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist focused on helping individuals reclaim life outside of disordered eating. Through honest conversation and getting to know each individual outside of their eating habits, Jane works with clients to set goals that are meaningful and relevant to them. She believes connection to one’s own body is crucial for diving deeper into habits surrounding food and body image to create a lifestyle of true well-being. Building this connection is where Jane sees the greatest transformations and growth in her clients.
Brittany Carson is a nutritionist that graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Dietetics from The University of Tennessee in May 2019. She recently completed the University of Virginia Health System Dietetic Internship Program and is preparing to sit for her exam and officially become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist later this year. She is excited to begin her career being mentored by and under the supervision of Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN, CEDRD. Brittany is passionate about nutrition and truly believes that it is a powerful tool to help prevent and treat disease. Her goal is to be an advocate for positive body image and help her clients to transform their lives through the power of nutrition and sustain a better quality of life.
50 Min: $130
An in depth evaluation and assessment of your current nutritional status and activity levels. Based upon current metrics, nutrition intake, level of activity, lab values, and medical history/concerns, I will provide you with initial food, supplement, and fluid recommendations.
30 Min: $70 | 50 Min: $130
A review and modification of your current nutrition and fluid intake since the initial evaluation. You will have an opportunity to get your questions answered, and then with measurable and achievable goals you will work through any potential road blocks along the way.
